Establishing Charter Chapter/Membership Information
The Men of God Christian Fraternity, Inc. is not an organization for everybody, but is here to minister to everybody inside and outside of God's kingdom. By reviewing the information provided provided to you and agreeing to join this organization you would be accepting a high level of responsibility that comes with being in this organization and being one of God's elect. We are honored and hope that you are too, to have been led to this organization by the spirit of God. We pray that you accept the requirements of this organization and agree to join with us.

Undergrad Charter Minimum Requirements
1. A strong desire for God and a willingness to do His will through accomplishing the vision of this organization. We expect all members to be dedicated to God and this ministry.
2. A minimum of seven brothers is needed in order to charter a chapter at your institution or establish an alumni chapter.
3. The minimum GPA requirement for membership is 2.5.
4. A charter application fee of $200 is required to provide you will all the necessary materials in order to successfully become a chapter of this organization.

Alumni Charter Minimum Requirements
1. A strong desire for God and a willingness to do His will through accomplishing the vision of this organization. We expect all members to be dedicated to God and this ministry.
2. Area group contains at least seven (7) men
3. Every man in the group has graduated from an accredited university, college, technical or associate community college
4. Area group shall not function as a chapter of another national Greek-letter or secret society after affiliation
5. Area group shall defray all expense of a representative of the Fraternity to establish the Chapter at the site, after authorization
6. Area group hereby agrees to obey the Constitution and By-Laws
7. A charter application fee of $200 is required to provide you will all the necessary materials in order to successfully become a chapter of this organization.

The National office of Men of God Christian Fraternity does permit membership intake for the chapter level. Please contact your local college or alumni chapter if you wish to become a member. Individuals who would like to become a member of a local chapter of the Fraternity should the download the member/charter application request and mail the completed form to the local chapter. If there is no local chapter and you wish to charter an undergrad or alumni chapter please download the member/charter application request and mail the completed form to:

An application packet including membership application for a college/alumni charter into Men of God Christian Fraternity, Inc. will be mailed to you within 10 - 14 business days after the request form is received and processed at the National Office. PLEASE NOTE: Please allow 5 business days before calling the office to check the status of an application once request is received. The staff will make every effort to get your application packet to you in a timely manner. Upon receiving the packet and application (s), please read the application packet in its entirety and follow the instructions as stated. The Membership Process is explained in the application packet.

Applications should not be duplicated and distributed to other potential brothers. Indicate number of applications needed on request form. All persons must follow the proper procedure for requesting an application.

Be advised that all communication regarding the process must be directed to the appropriate official. A completed application should be forwarded directly to the Executive board of the local chapter if applying for membership at that chapter. Do not forward an application to the National Office for local membership. Only send in request forms or complete charter application packets if no local or Alumni chapter is available.The Fraternity will not consider an application for membership unless all requirements are fully satisfied.

NOTE: WHEN SUBMITTING FINAL FORMS WHETHER FOR LOCAL CHAPTER MEMBERSHIP OR CHARTER CHAPTER, A COMPLETED APPLICATION PACKAGE MUST INCLUDE THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION, OFFICIAL COLLEGE TRANSCRIPT, PHOTO COPY OF DEGREE (IF APPLICABLE), 3 LETTERS OF RECOMMENDATION, ESSAY, RESUME OR BIOGRAPHY, SELF PHOTO AND THE MEMBERSHIP OR CHARTER FEES.

There is a nonrefundable administrative fee of $200.00 included in the charter fee for establishing a chapter. (Total fee can be found on charter application) All fees must be paid with a check or money order and should be sent in at time of remittance of all seven or more charter applicantions. Credit cards will not be accepted. In addition to charter fees, you will be required to pay dues to the local/national offices once initiated. The proper official will inform you of the amount and due date for these fees.

Men of God Christian Fraternity recognizes two types of membership, College undergrad and Alumni. A person may apply for membership into a College Chapter as an undergraduate student in good standing at a fully accredited college or university. Persons may apply for membership into an Alumni Chapter as a graduate who has earned a degree from a fully accredited college or university.
